- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send all takedown notices to: legal@camppearlabs.com
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice to legal@camppearlabs.com including: (a) identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (c) your name, address, and telephone number; (d) a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction in South Carolina; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the complaining party and, unless the complaining party files a court action, may restore the material within 10–14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright infringement seriously and will disable or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
